What
kind of leads do you sell?
We
offer a variety of MLM Lead products. We more recently have started
generating mortgage and debt consolidation leads as well. All
leads are listed on the leads page http://www.mlmlead.net/mlm_leads.html
Are
your leads USA only?
The
vast majority of all types of our leads are generated and reside
in the United States.
How
are your leads so affordable?
Our
leads are priced below market because unlike most leads brokers
we generate our own data. So since our cost is relatively low
we are able to pass that savings on to our customers.
How
many times do you sell your leads?
If
depends on the type of lead. All of our fresh generated home business
prospect data is sold, at most, to 2 individuals. It can be purchased
exclusively as well. All of our financial product leads are exclusive.
When
will I get my leads?
We
strive for same day delivery on all of our orders. Although occasionally
when inventory is low we wait until we can generate the required
volume. No order will take longer than 48 hours unless the customer
is notified ahead of time.
How
do I use my leads?
There
are many options for the use of leads. This question is answered
based on what you would like to accomplish with your marketing.
Our cheap email data is best used in an auto-responder or a server
mailing script. Our premium home business leads are going to be
most effective if they are called and emailed.
Is
this SPAM?
No,
SPAM or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email) is email sent to people
who do not request the information that you are sending. Our leads
have requested the information you are sending through generic
online mediums. With an opt-in lead you are protected by the opt-in
data of the date stamp and IP address. This proves that the person
registering the SPAM complaint opted-in for your information.
For
a genealogy lead and email you would call them first and ask for
permission to send free information or you would use relationship
marketing. IE the company they are in or the web site they have
to make the message personal.
How
are leads delivered?
Your
leads orders are delivered to the email address you provided with
a download link or attached to the email. They are in .csv format
(comma delimited format). You can use MS Excel to view your leads
or MS Notepad. All of our orders also come with a complimentary
copy of CsvEdit a great utility for working with large CSV files.
Do
you Guarantee Response Rates?
Because
there are many other variables and risks associated with marketing
besides just contacting your leads, we can not possibly guarantee
response rates. Your offer and your marketing materials are dependent
on many things to make your offer attractive. While getting your
offer across to qualified prospects is definitely a plus, not
everyone is going to be interested in what you are offering; this
is the nature of sales and marketing.
Do
you offer money back refunds?
We
offer a full replacement guarantee. If you are unhappy with your
leads for any reason we do everything in our power to make it
right. In 6 years of business we've only had one customer ask
for an actual refund. (It was actually forced on him for being
a whinny cry baby.)
Do
you offer replacements for false names or wrong phone numbers?
If
you buying any type of telephone lead or fresh email lead we deliver
a 10% overage on the order. This is normally more than enough
to make up for any disconnect/wrong number calls. On our genealogy
data we fully replace any data where more than 15% of a file is
incorrect.
Do
you guarantee Your MLM Genealogy Leads?
We
guarantee the information within each list is for that particular
MLM company. Also, that each member listed on any MLM Genealogy
list did participate within that MLM Company's referral-compensation
program at one time or another. Some of these lists were built
over a number of years and or even the life span of the company
therefore sometimes you run into disconnected numbers or wrong
numbers. On an average list this is no more than 15% and is expected
when working this kind of a list.
